All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to commencing treatments.
All appointments will require a minimum £10.00 deposit to secure bookings, which is non-refundable.
Any purchase over the value of £100.00 will require a 50% deposit. Which is non-refundable. Anyone who fails to give 24hrs cancellation notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost or will lose their deposit.
Out of consideration for other clients, clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may have to reschedule and will incur a £10 charge, or will have their appointment time reduced but will still be charged full appointment time.
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render them invalid. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with salon offers, promotions or 20% discount on Mondays
Packages prices and treatments can be amended by Indulgence with little to no notice, package prices reserve the right to change and be amended according to indulgence price changes.
Spa days and packages cannot be amended.
In an effort to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all our clients, we kindly request that all mobile phones are switched off or silenced during your visit to our salon.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/supervised by an appropriate adult. Children are unable to accompany adults in the treatment rooms. Due to the nature of the salon and other clients we would please ask you to refrain from bringing babies and toddlers into the salon.
We kindly ask you to refrain from eating and/or drinking on the premises.
The management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone whom they deem unsuitable.
Our Right to cancel. If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible.
All courses are valid for one year from date of purchase any courses which have not been used within the year will be void, All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your course.
Here at Indulgence beauty salon we strive to offer the best treatments possible however if we do not perform treatments or services to your standards please contact the salon within in 24 hours of your treatment for the salon to be able to assist any of your concerns, if the salon is closed please leave a message or email us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges; Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Indulgence Beauty Salon. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Booking Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PATCH TEST
All treatments which require a patch test can be booked online. However you must ensure you have a patch test carried out at an Indulgence Salon at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last six months must have a repeat patch test before their treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the Salon being unable to carry out the treatment and a 100% cancellation policy will apply.
A minimum deposit of 60p must be paid when booking appointments online.
We operate a 24 hour notice reschedule/cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule, you must contact the Indulgence salon directly by phone or by email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Contact: Indulgence (Bexley Salon) 0208 304 7220 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you fail to give 24 hours cancellation notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

You cannot cancel or rearrange an appointment online. You must contact the salon directly
If you fail to cancel an appointment which you have booked online, you will incur the 100% cancellation fee.
When cancelling an appointment outside of the 24 hour cancellation period a refund will be issued directly to the credit/debit card you paid with.
We will try wherever possible to accommodate your requests for particular therapists, however due to the practicalities of operating procedure this request may not always be fulfilled.

Pregnant women are unable to have any treatments which require a patch test.
Certain medical conditions may be contra-indication to a range of treatments. If you have an existing medical condition, please do not book online, before speaking directly to the salon in question, to determine if you can indeed book the treatment. Failure to confirm that the treatment required can be carried out with an existing medical condition may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit retained.
20% Off Selected Beauty Treatments on Monday
This offer is subject to availability only.
Selected beauty treatments only.
Cryopen, Semi permanent makeup and Epi pro are excluded from the 20% off discount.
Salon offers or discounts are not included in the 20% discount and cannot be redeemed on a Monday.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with the 20% off discount on Mondays.
Indulgence will be closed on all Bank Holidays, with the exception of Good Friday.

For every £2 your spend you spend you will collect 1 points to be used towards Selected treatments.
Your points must cover the whole cost of the treatment.
Selected Therapists only will perform the treatments, Requests for a particular therapist cannot be made.

Points can only be collected by the card holder to be used by the card holder.
If the card is lost there will be £4 charge to transfer the points on to a new card.
Failure to give 24 hour cancellation notice will result in lose of all points.
Your points cannot not be transferred on to another account.
You will not collect loyalty points on loyalty treatments.
Loyalty treatments are not available to be used at the Weekends, Bank Holidays, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Between the 10th December -31 December and Evening Appointments between 6pm – 9pm.

Birthday emails cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotion, Gift Voucher or 20% off Mondays.
