Terms & Conditions

1. All evening and weekend appointments will require a £10.00 deposit to secure bookings.

2. Any purchase over the value of £100.00 will require a 50% deposit, which will be redeemed against your treatment..

3. Anyone who fails to give 24hrs cancellation notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost or will lose their deposit..

4. Out of consideration for other clients, clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may have to reschedule.

5. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within six months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render them invalid.

6. In an effort to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all our clients, we kindly request that all mobile phones are switched off or silenced during your visit to our salon.

7. All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to commencing treatments.

8. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/supervised by an appropriate adult.. Children are unable to accompany adults in the treatment rooms. Due to the nature of the salon and other clients we please ask you to refrain from bringing babies and toddlers into the salon.

9. We kindly ask you to refrain from eating or drinking on the premises.

10. The management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone whom they deem unsuitable.

Online Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Payment must be paid in full when booking appointments online. Failure to comply will result in appointments being cancelled.

2. If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to re-shedule, you must contact Indulgence on 0208 304 7220 or info@indulgencebeauty.com at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

3. Anyone who fails to give 24hrs cancellation notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost or will lose their deposit. Out of consideration for other clients, clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may have to reschedule.

4. When cancelling an appointment, a refund will be issued directly into your Pay Pal account, however a 0.03% fee will be incurred.

5. We will try to accomodate your requests for particular therapists, however due to the occasional unforeseen circumstances, a request may not always be fulfilled.
